Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and perceived organizational support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). All employees of PT. ISS Indonesia Mercu Buana Meruya, amounting to 90 people is used as a sample, so it is calculated based on the saturated sample formula. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan persepsi dukungan organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Seluruh karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia Mercu Buana Meruya yang berjumlah 90 orang digunakan sebagai sampel, sehingga dihitung berdasarkan rumus sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
