Abstract

This research aims to test the effect of information system and information technology, organization culture, and transformational leadership towards organization performance by work motivation mediation in Inspectorate of the Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia. This research is a quantitative exploratory descriptive using questionnaires distributed by online to 60 (sixty) respondents, non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling approach saturated sample used by researcher then it is analyzed statistically descriptive and quantifiable. The implementation of quantitative analysis and hypothesis testing uses Smart Partial Least Square version 3.3.3. Analysis of quantitative descriptions of the influence of free variables directly on the Company's Performance states that Information Technology Information Systems has an average value of 3.76, the largest indicator of thoroughness of use of 4.10 with t-statistical value of 2.435 has a significant positive effect, Organizational Culture has an average value of 3.99, the largest indicator of innovating works at 4.35 with t-statistic value of 0.549 has no insignificant effect, Transformational Leadership has an average value of 3.76, the largest indicator of guidance and role models of 4.10 with t-statistical value of 2.435 has significant positive effect, Work Motivation has an average value of 3.77, the largest indicator of self- adjustment of 4.03 with t-statistical value of 0.549 has no significant effect. Transformational Leadership the largest variable has its effect on Company Performance, Work Motivation is the smallest variable of its effect on Company Performance. Employees should pay attention in detail in the implementation of tasks by following the progress of information technology systems, collaborating with others. Key words : Information system and information technology, organization culture, transformational leadership, organization performance Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan pengujian Pengaruh Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Dengan Mediasi Motivasi Kerja Di Lingkungan Inspektorat Sekretariat Kabinet Republik Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat exploratory descriptive kuantitatif mempergunakan sarana kuesioner/angket didistribusikan secara online ke 60 responden, teknik sampel non probability sampling pendekatan purposive sampling jenuh, analisis secara statistik deskriptif dan dikuantitatifkan. Analisa kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis mempergunakan Smart Partial Least Square versi 3.3.3. Analisis deskripsi kuantitatif pengaruh variabel bebas secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan menyatakan bahwa Sistem Informasi Teknologi Informasi mempunyai nilai rata-rata 3,76, indikator terbesar ketelitian penggunaan sebesar 4,10 dengan nilai t-statistik 2,435 berpengaruh positif signifikan, Budaya Organisasi mempunyai nilai rata-rata 3,99, indikator terbesar berinovasi bekerja sebesar 4,35 dengan nilai t-statistik 0,549 tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempunyai nilai rata-rata 3,76, indikator terbesar petunjuk dan panutan sebesar 4,10 dengan nilai t-statistik 2,435 berpengaruh positif signifikan, Motivasi Kerja mempunyai nilai rata-rata 3,77, indikator terbesar penyesuaian diri sebesar 4,03 dengan nilai t- statistik 0,549 tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kepemimpinan Transformasional variabel terbesar pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Motivasi Kerja merupakan variabel terkecil pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Pegawai hendaknya memperhatikan secara detail dalam pelaksanaan tugas dengan mengikuti perkembangan kemajuan sistem teknologi informasi, melakukan kolaborasi dengan lainnya.
