Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, career path, and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The population in this study were employees of PT Karya Persada Panas Bumi, Jakarta. and the total population in this study was 100 employees. The sample used amounted to 50 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that job stress has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. Career Path has a positive and not significant effect on Turnover Intention. and Organizational commitment has a positive and not significant effect on Turnover Intention. Keywords: Job Stress, Career Path, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Stress Kerja, Jenjang Karir, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Karya Persada Panas Bumi Jakarta, dan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 50 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Jenjang Karir berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci : Stress Kerja, Jenjang Karir, Komitmen Organisasi, Turnover Intention
