Abstract

The company’s challenge in globalization era is how achieve the competitive advantage through business’s goals that superior than other competitors. The company ensure that the employees show their best work performance and being contribute for company’s business expanding. Employee plays vital role in a company to build business, therefore the company must give the best appreciation to all the employees to avoid turnover intention. The type of research is quantitative causal. This study aims to know the influence of compensation (X1), career growth (X2), job rotation (X3) toward turnover intention (Y) at the operation officer division of Visa Service Company. The total of population is 107 respondents, with a method of sampling is census which the part of non-probability technic and the number of research form is 100. The analysis method is used SEM-PLS. The results found that compensation (X1) has significant effect on turnover intention (Y). The career growth (X2) has effect and not significant on turnover intention (Y). The job rotation (X3) has significant on turnover intention (Y). Based on the result, the company must review the total of compensation, elevate the career growth program, and must maintain the job rotation to decrease the intention to leave. Keywords: compensation; career growth, job rotation, turnover intention Tantangan era globalisasi bagi perusahaan adalah bagaimana mencapai keunggulan kompetitif melalui capaian bisnis perusahaan yang unggul dibanding para kompetitor. Perusahaan harus memastikan bahwa semua pekerjanya telah melakukan kinerja terbaik dan berkontribusi demi kemajuan bisnis perusahaan. Pegawai memiliki peran vital dalam sebuah perusahaan untuk membangun bisnis, sehingga perlu perusahaan harus memberikan apresiasi yang sesuai guna menghindari keinginan berhenti dari perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir, rotasi kerja terhadap turnover intention pada divisi pegawai operation officer di perusahaan jasa visa di Jakarta. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 107 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel sensus yang merupakan bagian dari teknik sampel model nonprobabilitas, dan jumlah kuesioner yang kembali sebanyak 100. Metode analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Rotasi kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Berdasarkan dari hasil yang ada, perusahaan harus mengkaji kembali besaran kompensasi, meningkatkan program pengembangan karir, dan terakhir perusahaan harus menjaga sistem rotasi kerja guna mengurangi keinginan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan.
