Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Situational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Non Physical Work Environment on Organizational Commitment. The population in this study were employees of CV Berkah Glass Jakarta, and the total population in this study were 80 employees using the technique of determining the sampling of saturated data. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves that Situational Leadership has a positive and not significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, the Non Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Keywords: Situational Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Non Physical Work Environment, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Berkah Glass Jakarta, dan jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik penentuan data sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan Situasional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Situasional, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Komitmen Organisasional
