Abstract

ABSTRAK OPF Balongan merupakan fasilitas yang dioperasikan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ untuk memproses fluida reservoir dari sumur guna menghasilkan gas, kondensat, dan air terproduksi yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi. Peralatan listrik yang digunakan berusia lebih dari 5 tahun sehingga diduga terjadi penurunan efisiensi dan kondisi pembangkit yang hanya memikul beban sekitar 30% juga diduga berkontribusi dalam pemborosan energi atau penggunaan energi yang tidak efisien. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan audit energi guna mengetahui IKE listrik OPF Balongan, tingkat efisiensi pada sistem pencahayaan dan tata udara gedung kantor, biaya energi listrik, serta peluang penghematan untuk pencapaian efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik. Audit energi yang dilakukan meliputi pengumpulan data konsumsi energi listrik selama enam bulan terakhir, pengukuran intensitas cahaya ruangan, pengukuran temperatur dan kelembaban ruangan, serta pengukuran konsumsi bahan bakar gas untuk pembangkit energi listrik. Berdasarkan hasil audit yang telah dilakukan nilai IKE listrik OPF Balongan rata – rata 5,22 kWh/m2 /bulan sehingga dapat dikatakann konsumsi energi spesifiknya adalah sangat efisien. Sistem pencahayaan gedung menggunakan lampu LED. Kuat cahaya ruangan gedung adalah di atas standar SNI yang dipersyaratkan yaitu antara 250 – 1041 Lux dan total daya lampunya sekitar 15,71 Watt/m2 . Sistem tata udara yang terpasang sudah memenuhi standar temperatur yang dipersyaratkan. Serta untuk kelembaban juga sudah memenuhi standar SNI yang dipersayaratkan. Konsumsi bahan bakar gas tiap bulan adalah 971,53 MMBTU dengan asumsi biaya sekitar Rp 113.591.677 per bulan. Namun jika dihitung mengunakan tarif dasar PLN biaya energi listrik adalah Rp 83.491.200 per bulan. Kata kunci : Audit Energi Listrik, IKE, Sistem Pencahayaan, Sistem Tata Udara . ABSTRACT OPF Balongan is a facility operated by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ to process reservoir fluids from wells to produce gas, condensate, and produce water in accordance with specifications. Electrical equipment used is more than 5 years old so it is suspected that there is a decrease in efficiency and the condition of the power plant only bears a burden of around 30% also allegedly contributing to energy waste or inefficient use of energy. Therefore it is necessary to conduct an energy audit to determine the energy use intensity of OPF Balongan , the level of efficiency in office building lighting and air conditioning systems, electricity costs, and savings opportunities to achieve efficient use of electricity. The energy audit carried out included the collection of data related to the pattern of electricity consumption over the last six months, measurement of room light intensity, measurement of room temperature and humidity, and measurement of fuel gas consumption for the power plant. Based on the results of audits that have been conducted, the energy use intensity of OPF Balongan is about 5.22 kWh /m2 /month so that it can be said that its specific energy consumption is very efficient. Lighting systems of office building use LED lights. The condition of office building room lighting systems measured above the required SNI standards is between 250 - 1000 Lux and the ilumination of the building is above the required SNI standard which is between 250 - 1000 Lux and the total lighting power is about 15.71 Watt / m2 . The installed air conditioning system has the required temperature standards. And the humidity also has the required SNI standards. Fuel gas consumption per month is around 971.53 MMBTU assuming the cost is about Rp 113,591,677 per month.
