Abstract

Project management is a procedure for organizing and managing important income sources to complete the project from the beginning to the completion of the project. Delays in project completion are problems that often arise and have an impact on the overall project work. To anticipate the delay, it is done with several control tools. The tools used are the Critical Path Method, PERT (Evaluation and Review Tecnique) and Crashing Project. The Critical Path Method and PERT are carried out to get an idea of what the project will do with the two devices. Crashing Project is done to see the amount of costs if the project activities experience delays. The results of the critical path method and PERT, namely there is a delay in the completion of the project and the result of the Crashing Project is an exchange of time and costs. Completion of the project with the Critical Path method takes 25 days, the completion with the PERT method is also obtained the same results which is 25 days with a probability of 96.08%. 99% resolved probability falls on 28th day. Processing with Crashing Project has cut the duration of work to 20 days with a total increase of Rp26,445,300 Keywords: Critical Path Method, Project Evaluation and Review Technique, Crashing Project, Project Management Manajemen proyek merupakan suatu tata cara mengorganisir dan mengelola sumber penghasilan yang penting untuk menyelesaikan proyek dari awal sampai selesainya proyek tersebut. Keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek merupakan masalah yang sering muncul dan berdampak pada keseluruhan pekerjaan proyek. Untuk mengantisipasi keterlambatan tersebut, maka dilakukan dengan beberapa alat pengendalian. Alat-alat yang digunakan adalah metode Jalur Kritis atau CPM (Critical Path Method), PERT (Project Evaluation and Review Tecnique) dan Crashing Project. Metode Jalur Kritis dan PERT dilakukan untuk mendapatkan gambaran bagaimana jika proyek dilakukan pengendalian dengan kedua alat tersebut. Crashing Project dilakukan untuk melihat besaran biaya jika kegiatan proyek mengalami keterlambatan. Hasil dari Metode Jalur kritis dan PERT, yaitu terdapat keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dan hasil dari Crashing Project adalah berupa pertukaran waktu dan biaya. Penyelesaian proyek dengan metode Jalur Kritis memakan waktu 25 hari, penyelesaian dengan metode PERT juga diperoleh hasil yang sama yaitu 25 hari dengan probabilitas selesai sebesar 96,08%. Probabilitas terselesaikan 99% jatuh pada hari ke-28. Pengolahan dengan Crashing Project terdapat pemangkasan durasi pekerjaan menjadi 20 hari dengan total peningkatan biaya sebesar Rp26.445.300.
