Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul: Analisis Kinerja Simpang Tak Bersinyal Dan Ruas Jalan (Studi Kasus : Jalan Sultan Agung – Wahab Affan, Bekasi), Nama: Mega Dwi Prasasti, NIM: 41116320016, Dosen Pembimbing: Muhammad Isradi, S.T., M.T. Persimpangan Jl. Sultan Agung – Jl. Wahab Affan adalah salah satu persimpangan yang selalu ramai karena melayani arus lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi, dan merupakan persimpangan yang terletak di pusat industri dan perumahan sehingga sangat sering terjadi kemacetan dan antrian panjang. Kondisi ini terjadi pada jam-jam sibuk di pagi, siang dan sore hari. Penelitian mengenai kinerja persimpangan Jl. Sultan Agung – Jl. Wahab Affan simpang tipe 324, bertujuan untuk mengkaji kinerja ruas dan simpang tak bersinyal pada kondisi eksisting dengan menggunakan MKJI 1997. Pengumpulan data volume lalulintas dilakukan pada hari Selasa, Jumat dan Minggu tahun 2018. Dari hasil analisis, didapatkan bahwa waktu tundaan dan panjang antrian kendaraan terbesar terjadi pada hari Jumat sore (23 Februari 2018) pada rentang waktu 17.00 - 18.00 WIB, diketahui nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) yaitu sebesar 1,40 (>0,85) bernilai LOS F. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas simpang tak bersinyal Jl. Sultan Agung – Jl. Wahab Affan adalah lewat jenuh. Dari 3 alternatif yang dilakukan memiliki penurunan nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) sebesar 0.9 atau bernilai LOS E. Untuk analisis kinerja ruas jalan Sultan Agung diketahui nilai derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,54 yang berarti kondisi tingkat pelayanan masih cukup kinerjanya. Intersection Jl. Sultan Agung - Jl. Wahab Affan is one of the intersections that is always crowded because it serves a fairly high traffic flow, and is an intersection located in the center of industry and housing so that traffic jams and long queues often occur. This condition occurs during rush hours in the morning, afternoon and evening. Research on the intersection performance of Jl. Sultan Agung - Jl. Wahab Affan type 324 intersection, aims to examine the performance of segments and unmarked intersections in existing conditions using MKJI 1997. Traffic volume data collection is carried out on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday 2018. From the results of the analysis, it is found that the time of the queue delay and length of the vehicle the largest occurred on Friday afternoon (February 23, 2018) in the time range 17.00 - 18.00 WIB, it is known the value of degree of saturation (DS) is 1.40 (> 0.85) worth LOS F. This shows that the capacity of the unsignalized intersection Jl . Sultan Agung - Jl. Wahab Affan is passing bored. Of the 3 alternatives that were carried out had a decrease in the degree of saturation (DS) of 0.9 or a value of LOS E. For the performance analysis of Sultan Agung road, it was known that the degree of saturation (DS) was 0.54, which meant that the service level was still of sufficient performance.
