Abstract
Current developments, the clothing sector is growing. This can be seen from the business competition that occurs. Therefore, companies are required to be able to optimize all the resources used appropriately so that they can face competition in the business world. The resources in question include one of the distribution systems within a company because the location of consumers is far from where the product is stored. PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera is a company engaged in the clothing industry based on e-commerce and located in Jakarta. PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera has 4 finished product distribution warehouses located in Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya and Padang. The distribution chain implemented by PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera is from storage to the distribution warehouse, then distributed to consumers. The problem that occurs is the absence of a schedule and the exact number of shipments from the warehouse of each distribution warehouse. This causes the demand for each type of culottes jeans to be less controlled and can cause a shortage or excess inventory both at the warehouse and at each distribution warehouse. The data taken is the demand data for pants kulot jeans during the period March 2018 - February 2019. This study uses 3 forecasting methods, namely Linear, Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), and Moving Average (MA) and using 3 Lot Sizing Techniques, namely Lot for Lot ( LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), and Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ). Of the three forecasting methods, the Linear method is the method chosen because it has the smallest error value and has been tested for validation using the Moving Range (MR) Map. While from the calculation of the Lot Sizing Technique, the results show that the Period Order Quantity (POQ) method has the lowest cost compared to the three other Lot Sizing Technique methods, with a total cost of Rp26.238.527. Keywords : Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), forecasting method, Lot Sizing Technique Perkembangan saat ini, sektor perusahaan pakaian semkin berkembang. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persaingan bisnis yang terjadi. Maka dari itu, perusahaan dituntut agar mampu mengoptimalkan segala sumber daya yang digunakan secara tepat sehingga dapat mengahadapi persaingan dalam dunia bisnis. Sumber daya yang dimaksud salah satunya meliputi sistem pendistribusian dalam suatu perusahaan dikarenakan lokasi konsumen berada jauh dari tempat penyimpanan produk. PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera merupakann perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pakaian yang berbasis e-commerce dan berlokasi di Jakarta. PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera memiliki 4 gudang distribusi produk jadi yang terletak di Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, dan Padang. Rantai distribusi yang diterapkan oleh PT. Widayana Makmur Sejahtera adalah dari penyimpanan menuju ke gudang distribusi, kemudian didistribusikan ke konsumen. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah belum adanya jadwal dan jumlah pengiriman yang pasti dari gudang penyimpanan dari tiap gudang distribusi. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan permintaan untuk tiap jenis celana kulot jeans kurang terkontrol dan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kekurangan atau kelebihan persediaan baik pada gudang penyimpanan maupun pada tiap gudang distribusi. Data yang diambil adalah data permintaan celana kulot jeans selama periode Maret 2018 – Februari 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 metode peramalan yaitu Linear, Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), dan Moving Average (MA) serta menggunakan 3 Teknik Lot Sizing yaitu Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Period Order Quantity (POQ), dan Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ). Dari ketiga metode peramalan tersebut, metode Linear adalah metode yang dipilih karena memiliki nilai kesalahan terkecil dan telah diuji validasi menggunakan Peta Moving Range (MR). Sedangkan dari perhitungan Teknik Lot Sizing, didapatkan hasil bahwa metode Period Order Quantity (POQ) memilki biaya terendah dibandingkan dengan ketiga metode Teknik Lot Sizing yang lain yaitu dengan total biaya sebesar Rp26.238.527.
