Abstract
Research Objective is to know whether there is influence of work environment to employee performance and to know how big influence of work environment to employee performance. This research uses quantitative approach. This research was conducted in Ciledug-Tangerang area. Subjects of this study amounted to 50 people, consisting of 27 women and 23 men who have a level of education from high school to D3. Data collection techniques in this study using the technique of Saturated Sampling. This value is already greater than 0.4 this value is considered reliable. Then the questionnaire results data have a good level of reliability, or in other words the questionnaire data can be trusted. Keywords: Work Environment and Performance Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Ciledug-Tangerang. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang, yang terdiri dari 27 perempuan dan 23 laki-laki yang mempunyai tingkat pendidikan dari SMA hingga D3. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Nilai ini sudah lebih besar dari 0,4 nilai ini sudah dianggap handal. Maka data hasil angket memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang baik, atau dengan kata lain data hasil angket dapat dipercaya. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja
