Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure (DAR), Liquidity, Efectivity on Financial distress in a company. The sample used was 58 companies. Sampling with a purposive sampling method. The Financial distress criteria with this research was measured using the Altman Z Score and Springate Method with the statistical analysis used in this study was a logistic regression test using the help of Eviews 9.0. The results of the study using the Altman Z Score method are that Liquidity influences Financial distress, and Capital Structure (DAR), TATO has no effect on Financial distress, the use of the Springate method is Capital Structure (DAR), Liquidity and TATO influences Financial distress. Keywords: Capital Structure (DAR), Liquidity, Efectivity, financial distress. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Modal (DAR), Likuiditas, Efektivitas terhadap Financial distress di suatu perusahaan. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 58 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Adapun kriteria Financial distress dengan penelitian ini diukur dengan menggunakan Metode Altman Z Score dan Springate dengan analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi logistik dengan menggunakan bantuan Eviews 9.0. Hasil dari penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z Score adalah Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Financial distress, dan Struktur Modal (DAR), TATO tidak berpengaruh terhadap Financial distress, penggunaan metode Springate adalah Struktur Modal(DAR), Likuiditas dan TATO berpengaruh terhadap Financial distress. Kata Kunci: Stuktur Modal (DAR), Likuiditas, Efektivitas, financial distress.
