Abstract
This research is to find out the influence of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Equity (ROE) on the share price of Commercial Bank Usaha Group (BUKU) IV. Sampling technique using saturated samples is 5 Banks registered with Bank Umum Group Usaha (BUKU) IV Period 2008-2016. Data collection techniques using annual reports used as research data sources are obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely Banks registered with Bank Umum Group Usaha (BUKU) IV period 2008-2016. Analyze the data using the data regression analysis panel. The results showed that Non Performing Loan (NPL) had a significant negative effect on the share price of The Business Group Commercial Bank (BUKU) IV, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) had no significant positive effect on the share price of the Commercial Bank of the Business Group (BUKU) IV, Return On Equity (ROE) had no significant positive effect on the share price at Bank Umum Group IV. Keywords: Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Equity (ROE) against share price Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham pada Bank Umum Kelompok Usaha (BUKU) IV. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu 5 Bank yang terdaftar pada Bank Umum Kelompok Usaha (BUKU) IV Periode 2008-2016. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan laporan tahunan yang digunakan sebagai sumber data penelitian diperoleh melalui website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu Bank yang terdaftar pada Bank Umum Kelompok Usaha (BUKU) IV Periode 2008-2016. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Non Performing Loan (NPL) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Bank Umum Kelompok Usaha (BUKU) IV, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Bank Umum Kelompok Usaha (BUKU) IV, Return On Equity (ROE) tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga saham pada Bank Umum Kelompok Usaha (BUKU) IV.
