Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust to intention to using BNI mobile banking. The population in this research is the respondents who are customer and non-customer of BNI banks who are interested to use BNI mobile banking. The samples used were 100 respondents. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that (1) perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect to intention to using BNI mobile banking. (2) Perceived ease of use has no positive and insignificant effect to intention to using BNI mobile banking. (3) Trust has a positive and insignificant effect to intention to using BNI mobile banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan trust terhadap intention to use mobile banking BNI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah responden yang merupakan nasabah maupun non nasabah bank BNI yang berminat menggunakan mobile banking BNI. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use mobile banking BNI. (2) Perceived ease of use tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intention to use mobile banking BNI. (3) Trust berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap intention to use mobile banking BNI.
