Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of 1) work environment on turnover intention 2) work stress on turnover intention 3) work load on turnover intention. This research took place at PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) Tangerang main branch using employees in the customer service division as research respondents. This research uses component analysis method or Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling in data processing using Partial Least Square (smart-pls) version 3.0. PLS (Partical Least Square). The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with a population of 50 people. This study proves that the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: work environment, work stress, work load, turnover intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di PT. Jala Niaga Elok (JNE) cabang utama Tangerang dengan menggunakan karyawan pada divisi customer service sebagai responden penelitiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (smart-pls) versi 3.0. PLS (Partical Least Square). Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah populasi 50 orang. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : lingkungan kerja, stres kerja, beban kerja, turnover intention.
