Abstract
PT. Karyamitra Lestari Duaenam has assisted the indonesian industrial production process. The type of buisness carried out in this company is producing various types of Carboard Boxes such as partitions, cardboard die cut boxes, pallet legs, etc. By using industrial machines that are quite sophiscated, including the stiching machine. Box carton stiching machine is machine that serves to form a seam or stapler on the surface of the carton to connect between the sides of the carton with the order side, so that the carton become connetced. purpoes in this thesis include: how can the operator get the optimal cardboard box printing result without having to spend enormous energy. How to desain a hydraulic table that has to way working system and can be applied to the needs of carton box stiching machine. Based on formulation of the problem, the objectives in this thesis include: helping the labor that must be expended by the operator of a good, appropriate and optimal carton box stiching. This research use 3D CAD (computer aided design) method with solidworks software. And using data analysis method and designing tools to create hydraulic tables that can be used by operators in the carton box industry. The output the system is the development of a two way hydraulic table which has a fluid flow rate of 0,33 m/s with a capacity of 25 kg at a diameter of 25 mm and pressure of 500. 103
