Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describing self reflection in unmarried men of middle adulthood. The type of research use qualitative approach, with respondent of four men. The criteria of the subject are middle-aged adult single men (40-60 years). Data collection techniques are by interview and observation. The results of data analysis are known is self reflection in unmarried men. knowing in action on the three subjects explains the things they think through their actions so that other people and themselves understand the purpose of the things the subject thinks. Reflection in action on the four subjects perform different actions when a situation occurs to them. Reflection On Action, the three subjects try to accept their past and make it a lesson for a better life in the future, from three subjects trying to accept their past and make it a lesson for a better life in the future. then one subject prefers to accept his current situation Keyword: Self Reflection, Unmarried Men, Middle Age Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat gambaran self reflection pada pria yang belum menikah usia dewasa madya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu 4 orang pria. Kriteria dari subjek adalah pria lajang usia dewasa madya (40-60 tahun). Teknik pengambilan data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari analisa data yang diketahui adalah self reflection pada pria belum menikah. knowing in action pada ketiga subjek menjelaskan hal yang mereka pikirkan melalui tindakannya sehingga orang lain dan diri mereka memahami maksud dari hal yang subjek pikirkan. Reflection in action pada keempat subjek melakukan tindakan yang berbeda pada saat sebuah situasi terjadi pada mereka. Reflection On Action, ketiga subjek berusaha menerima masa lalu mereka dan menjadikannya pelajaran untuk kehidupan yang lebih baik di masa depan, sementara salah satu subjek lebih pasrah dengan keadaannya. Kata Kunci : Self Reflection, Belum Menikah, Dewasa Madya
