Abstract
The situation of political communication is characterized by differences in interests and conflicts between Jokowi, PKB and PPP so negotiations are needed to reach an agreement in the selection of the Vice-Presidential Candidate and to gain support from political parties. Meetings with the national campaign team, attending political party conferences, meetings with political parties were held to unite all these perceptions, Joko Widodo used political persuasion by approaching kyai, ulama and Nahdiyin through political friendship. Cultural customs as a person from Java helped shape friendly behavior, courtesy and courtesy and prioritize parents and individuals who are humanists who support negotiations. The theory used is the 5 stages of negotiation from P. Robbin and the concept of win-win solution negotiation, social exchange theory, and R. K. Yin's time series analysis. This type of research is qualitative, the case study method, with a constructivist paradigm and data analysis techniques using interviews and document studies. From the results of the political negotiation analysis conducted by Jokowi with PKB and Jokowi with PPP, it is divided into pre, initial, and peak stages conducted with 5- stage process with P. Robbin's theory, namely (1) the preparation and planning, (2). define basic rules, (3). Clarification and Justification, (4). (5). Negotiating and solving problems, as well as closing and implementation. Using the concept of a win-win negotiation solution. The conclusion of this study is that the Jokowi Political negotiation model with PKB, namely negotiations carried out with 5 stages of P. Robbin and prioritizing win-win solutions in addition to the factor of cultural values derived from Jokowi also influenced the negotiations carried out. Key words: Political Negotiations, President Jokowi with PKB and PPP, 2019 Presidential Election. Situasi komunikasi politik diwarnai adanya perbedaan kepentingan dan konflik antara Jokowi, PKB dan PPP sehingga diperlukan negosiasi untuk mencapai kata sepakat dalam pemilihan Calon Wakil Presiden dan untuk meraih dukungan partai politik. Pertemuan dengan tim kampanye nasional, menghadiri muktamar partai politik, pertemuan-pertemuan dengan partai politik dilakukan untuk menyatukan semua persepsi yang ada, Joko Widodo menggunakan persuasi politik dengan melakukan pendekatan ke kyai-kyai, ulama serta kaum Nahdiyin melalui silaturahim politik. Adat budaya sebagai seorang Jawa turut membentuk perilaku ramah, sopan, santun dan mengutamakan orang yang lebih tua dan pribadi yang humanis mendukung dalam bernegosiasi. Teori yang dipakai adalah 5 tahapan negosiasi dari P. Robbin dan konsep negosiasi win-win solution, teori pertukaran sosial, serta Analisa deret waktu R. K. Yin. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif, metode studi kasus, dengan paradigma konstruktivis serta teknik analisa data menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumen..Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan negosiasi politik Jokowi dengan PKB maupun Jokowi dengan PPP dibagi dalam tahap pra, tahap awal, tahap puncak yang dilakukan dengan proses 5 tahapan dengan teori P. Robbin, yaitu (1) adanya persiapan dan perencanaan, (2). mendefinisikan aturan-aturan dasar, (3). Klarifikasi dan Pembenaran, (4). (5). Melakukan Perundingan dan pemecahan masalah, serta menutup dan implementasi. Menggunakan konsep negosiasi win-win solution. Kata-kata kunci: Negosiasi Politik, Presiden Jokowi dengan PKB dan PPP, Pilpres 2019.
