Abstract
This study aims to determine the effects of disclosure economic development, social development and physical development on community empowerment. This research is a quantitative study that is used to test hypothesis that has been proposed is a significant difference between economic development, social development and physical development towards community empowerment. Based on the population, namely the number of people in the Kalibata urban village as many as 45.493 lines and a sample population 100 people by using snowball sampling technique. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis were used to determine the level of significance and influence simultaneously and partially. The analysis it can be seen that there is a significant effect between the variables simultaneously and partially social, economic, physical and environmental community empowerment. The overall result it can be concluded that the three independent variables have a significant impact on community empowerment. Keywords : economic development, social development, physical development, community empowerment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengungkapan bina ekonomi, bina sosial, dan bina fisik lingkungan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diajukan yaitu terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara bina ekonomi, bina sosial dan bina fisik lingkungan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Berdasarkan populasi yaitu jumlah penduduk kelurahan Kalibata yaitu sebanyak 45.493 jiwa dan sampel penduduk sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi secara simultan dan parsial. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikansi secara simultan dan parsial antara variabel ekonomi, sosial dan lingkungan dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel bebas mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Kata kunci: bina ekonomi, bina sosial, bina fisik lingkungan, pemberdayaan masyarakat.
