Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and organizational commitment together to the job satisfaction on employee Century 21 Mediterania Group. The research approaches used are quantitative approach with questionnaire method. Respondents used in this research are amounted to 50 people. The result of influence research shows that work stress negatively affects job satisfaction as 18,5%. Organizational Commitment positively affects job satisfaction as 43,2% on employee Century 21 Mediterania Group. Keywords : Work Stress, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan Century 21 Mediterania Group. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuesioner. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian pengaruh menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 18,5%. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 43,2% pada karyawan Century 21 Mediterania Group. Kata kunci : Stres Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja
