Abstract

Convenience is something that can be felt directly by its users, both when or after using a product. Along with the development of technology, especially in the automotive field, today many vehicles, especially cars have been equipped with various features with specific functions and objectives to make vehicle users feel more comfortable, secure and provide convenience for its users. Therefore it is necessary to have an analysis of the perception of the comfort of the driver's seat of the car based on the determinants of comfort that are also influenced by consumer perceptions, so it is not only the ergonomic aspect. The aim of this research is to obtain the factors that most influence the perception of the comfort of the driver's seat and the best alternative. The convenience analysis is performed using the Matlab software method which is a combination of the FFT analyzer. Keywords: cayla car, FFT analyzer and matlab software Kenyamanan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat dirasakan langsung oleh penggunanya, baik pada saat atau setelah menggunakan suatu produk. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, khususnya dibidang otomotif, sekarang ini banyak kendaraan khususnya mobil telah dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur dengan fungsi dan tujuan tertentu untuk membuat pengguna kendaraan merasa lebih nyaman, aman dan memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya suatu analisis mengenai persepsi kenyamanan tempat duduk pengemudi mobil berdasarkan faktor-faktor penentu kenyamanan yang juga dipengaruhi oleh persepsi konsumen, sehingga tidak hanya aspek ergonomi saja. Tujuan yang akan dicapai pada penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh faktor yang paling mempengaruhi persepsi kenyamanan tempat duduk pengemudi mobil dan alternatif terbaik. analisis kenyamanan tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Sofware matlab yang merupakan kombinasi dari alat FFT analyzer.
