Abstract
Mesin dikatakan memiliki produktivitas tinggi jika dapat menghasilkan produk secara cepat dengan sumber daya yang terbatas namun menghasilkan kualitas tinggi. Sebuah mesin printing berfungsi mencetak logo pada kaca film memiliki produktivitas yang cukup rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis six big losess pada mesin printing kaca film dan menerapkan metode FMEA serta TPM untuk menigkatkan nilai OEE Mesin prnting kaca film. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian observatif (non-eksperimental). Data kuantitatif akan diambil dengan melihat permasalahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang disebar pada responden di lapangan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari data produksi dan maintenance, serta diambil dari studi litertur penelitian terdahulu. Temuan utama berdasarkan analisis six big losses didapat loss terbesar adalah Quality Loss. Untuk mendapatkan faktor utama penyebab besarnya nilai Quality Loss maka dilakukan analisis menggunakan Diagram Pareto. Pada analisis ini didapat faktor utama penyebab besarnya Quality Loss adalah dot matrix mengalami dislokasi. Dari temuan tersebut kemudian dianalisa menggunakan fishbone dan RCFA. Masalah prioritas terkait Severity, Occurence, dan Detection yang prioritas yaitu (1). Tegangan roll film tidak stabil, (2). Tidak mencetak, (3). Operator terjepit, dan (4). Dot matrix mengalami dislokasi. Penerapan autonomous maintenance, kaizen, dan planned maintenance berhasil meningkatkan Nilai OEE Mesin Printing Kaca Film. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Nilai OEE setelah perbaikan Available Rate, Performance Rate, dan Quality Rate mengalami kenaikan. Maka dengan hasil ini Nilai OEE setelah perbaikan meningkat. Kata kunci: OEE, Mesin Printing, Six Big Losses, FMEA, TPM. The machine is said to have high productivity if it can produce products quickly with limited resources but produces high quality. A printing machine functions to print a logo on window film that has a fairly low productivity. The purpose of this study is to analyze the six big losess on a window film printing machine and to apply the FMEA and TPM methods to increase the OEE value of the window film prnting machine. This research uses observational research (non-experimental). Quantitative data will be taken by looking at the problems that occur in the company. Primary data collection was carried out by questionnaire distributed to respondents in the field. Secondary data were obtained from production and maintenance data, and were taken from previous research literture studies. Based on the analysis of the six big losses, the biggest loss is Quality Loss. To get the main factor causing the magnitude of the Quality Loss value, the analysis is done using Pareto Diagrams. In this analysis, the main factor causing the magnitude of Quality Loss is the dot matrix experiencing dislocation. The findings were then analyzed using fishbone and RCFA. Priority issues related to Severity, Occurence, and Detection are priority, namely (1). The film roll voltage is unstable, (2). Does not print, (3). Operators are pinched, and (4). Dot matrix experiences dislocation. The implementation of autonomous maintenance, kaizen, and planned maintenance succeeded in increasing the OEE Value of the Window Film Printing Machine. Based on the OEE Value calculation after the Available Rate, Performance Rate, and Quality Rate is increased. So with this result the OEE value after improvement is increased.
