Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Makanan di Kota Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Menganalisis aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan Industri Kecil Menengah Makanan di Kota Tangerang baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal dan Merumuskan strategi pengembangan Industri Kecil Menengah Makanan di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa langkah menggunakan Analisis SWOT dan AHP, pada analisis SWOT penilaian bobot untuk pertanyaan SWOT, Ringkasan Analisis Faktor Internal, Ringkasan Analisis Faktor Eksternal, dan Membuat Matriks SWOT dan Pengambilan keputusan strategi melalui AHP. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner dengan responden kepentingan internal yaitu pemilik IKM dan eksternal yaitu pemerintah dan Akademisi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan bisnis diposisikan di kuadran kedua pada Matriks IE. Kuadran II yaitu memiliki kemampuan internal yang sedang dan eksternal yang kuat. IKM Makanan di Kota Tangerang perlu menggunakan strategi SO (Strength - Opportunity) campuran atau disebut sebagai strategi agresif untuk memenangkan persaingan pasar. Strategi 1 yaitu Peningkatan kualitas hasil produksi agar dapat menjadikan produk yang berdaya saing. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Industri Kecil dan Menengah, SWOT, AHP This research was conducted at the Small and Medium Industry (SMI) Food in Tangerang City. The purpose of this research is to Analyze aspects related to the development of Small and Medium Food Industries in Tangerang both from internal and external sides and formulate a strategy for developing Small and Medium Food Industries in Tangerang City. This research was carried out in several steps using SWOT Analysis and AHP, on SWOT analysis weighting assessment for SWOT questions, Summary of Internal Factor Analysis, Summary of External Factor Analysis, and Making SWOT Matrix and Strategic Decision Making through AHP. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires with respondents of internal interests namely the IKM and external owners namely the government and academics. The results of this study are obtained that business is positioned in the second quadrant on the IE Matrix. Quadrant II, which has moderate internal and external strong abilities. IKM Food in Tangerang City needs to use a mixed SO (Strength - Opportunity) strategy or referred to as an aggressive strategy to win market competition.
