Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in PT. Trijata Nusa (Tritanu). The object of this research is all employees of PT. Trijata Nusa (Tritanu). This research was done to 70 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this research shows that organizational culture is positive and significant towards the performance. Work discipline of positive and significant work on employees of PT. Trijata Nusa (Tritanu). Leadership style is not comparable with employee performance. Related, the leadership style received is low but the leadership style is not necessary to improve employee performance. Leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline 65,0%, while 35,0% are discussed by other variables not approved in this model and not explained in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Trijata Nusa (Tritanu). Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Trijata Nusa (Tritanu). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karyawan PT. Trijata Nusa (Tritanu). Gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya, gaya kepemimpinan yang diterima adalah rendah namun rendahnya gaya kepemimpinan tersebut tidak berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja 65,0%, sedangkan 35,0% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini dan tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
