Abstract

This research was conducted to find the correlation between workplace spirituality and work engagement in millenial. The participants of this research are 200 nurse in the age range of 20-35 years. Measurements of workplace spirituality using the Wokplace Spiritulity Scale (Ashmosh & Duchon, 2000) which consist of 21 items and work engagement Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2003) which consist of 17 items. SPSS version 20.0 was used to analyze correlation spearman. The results of this research showed a significant positive correlation between workplace spirituality and work engagement in millenial (r = 0,737; P < 0,01). That is, the higher the workplace spirituality, the higher the work engagement of millenial. Keywords : workplace spirituality, work engagement, millenial, nurse. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara workplace spirituality dengan work engagement pada millenial. Partisipan penelitian adalah 200 orang yang berfrofesi sebagai perawat pada rentang usia 20-35 tahun. Penukuran workplace spirituality menggunakan alat ukur adaptasi Wokplace Spiritulity Scale (Ashmosh & Duchon, 2000) yang terdiri dari 21 item dan pengukuran work engagememt menggunkan alat ukur Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2003) yang terdiri dari 17 item. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 20.0 dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara workplace spirituality dengan work engagement pada millenial (r = 0,737; P < 0,01). Artinya, semakin tinggi workplace spirituality makan semakin tinggi pula work engagement pada millenial. Kata kunci : workplace spirituality, work engagement, millenial, perawat.
