Abstract
This The purpose of this research is to determine if there is an effect of father attachment with self efficacy of students in faculty of psycology regular 1 Mercu Buana University who is compieting their research. The sample is taken with purpose sampling technic with total subject 67 students. The measurement method in this research is the scale attachment with the scale of inventory of parent and peer attachment (IPPA) modified by Rici Afrilia Putri (2018) and the scale of self efficacy (GSE) modified by Yulia Khairunnisa (2017) each scale have the reliability of 0,925 for father attachment, and the reliability for scale self efficacy is 0,879. The result of this research showed that positive correlation is 0,395 and sig 0,001 which means there is a positive relationship between father attachment and self efficacy with the students faculty of psycology regular 1 in Mercu Buana University who is still compieting their research. Based on the calculation R square is 0,156 or 15,6% the independent variable contribution used in father attachment scale able to give an effect 15,6% of variation variabel dependent (self efficacy) while the remaining is 84,4% effected by another variabel who didn’t included in this research. Keywords: father attachment, self efficacy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kelekatan ayah dengan self efficacy mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Reguler 1 Universitas Mercu Buana yang sedang menyeselesaikan skripsi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purpose sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 67 mahasiswa. Alat ukur pada penelitian ini adalah skala kelekatan dengan skala Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Rici Afrilia Putri (2018) dan skala self efficacy dengan skala General self-efficacy (GSE) yang telah dimodifikasi oleh Yulia Khairunnisa (2017). Masing-masing skala memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,925 untuk kelekatan ayah dan nilai reliabilitas pada skala self efficacy adalah 0,879. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi positif sebesar 0,395 dan sig 0,001 yang berarti ada hubungan positif antara kelekatan ayah dengan self efficacy mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Reguler 1 Universitas Mercu Buana yang sedang menyeselesaikan skripsi, dan diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,156 atau 15,6%. Sumbangan variabel indenpenden yang digunakan dalam skala kelekatan ayah mampu mempengaruhi sebesar 15,6% variasi variabel dependen (self efficacy). Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 84,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Kelekatan Ayah, Self Efficacy
