Abstract
Produsen kompor gas menghadapi tuntutan persaingan yang ketat di pasaran. Kondisi ini mendorong produsen kompor gas untuk tetap bertahan di pasaran yang semakin kompetitif. Salah satu upaya adalah mengurangi 7 (seven) waste dan meningkatkan produktivitas dalam proses produksi, terutama di proses painting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pengurangan 7 (seven) waste di proses painting, menganalisis jumlah Value Added (VA) dan Non Value Added (NVA) dalam pengurangan 7 (seven) waste. Kemudian dari pengurangan 7 (seven) waste tersebut dibutuhkan analisis untuk peningkatan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan untuk identifikasi 7 waste adalah Value Stream Mapping, untuk analisis perbaikan digunakan tools 5W 1H. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah penurunan lead time sebesar 1095 detik, dan penurunan NVA sebesar 331.65. Kata kunci: 7 waste, VSM, VA, NVA Gas stove manufacturer has been facing rigid competition in the market. This condition has been pushed gas stove manufacturer to survive in the market. An effort to support this condition is reduce 7 (seven) wastes and at the same time increase productivity in the production process, especially in the process of painting. A purpose of this study was to identify factors that might affected on the reduction of 7 (seven) wastes in painting process. The result of this study, it was decreased 7 (seven) wastes by many improvement. By reducing waste its approved that the productivity on gas stove manufacturing line are increased. This has been showed by ANOVA test. The method used to identify 7 residues were Value Stream Mapping, for analysis using 5W 1H tool. The result was decrease in lead time of 1095 seconds, and NVA reduction of 331.65. Keywords: 7 waste, VSM, VA, NVA
