Abstract

Bagian Welding merupakan bagian yang memproduksi komponen mobil dengan cara dilas. Alat yang digunakan adalah mesin robot welding yang berfungsi sebagai mesin pengelas komponen mobil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan mengetahui tingkat efektifitas mesin robot welding dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dan Six Big Losses mengidentifikasi penyebab utama downtime diagram pareto dengan metode Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Nilai rata-rata OEE sebelum perbaikan dari bulan Januari sampai Juni 2018 sebesar 80% dari target 85% dan rata-rata nilai OEE setelah perbaikan dari bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2018 sebesar 85% dari target 85% yang berarti mencapai target OEE perusahaan. Kata kunci: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Six Big Losses dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) The Welding section is the part that produces the body car by welding. The tool used is robot welding machine that functions as a welding machine to point the car body. This study aims to measure and determine the effectiveness of robot welding machines using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method, and Six Big Losses identify the main causes of Pareto diagram downtime using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method. The OEE average value before repairs from January to June 2018 is 80% of the 85% target and the average OEE value after repairs from August to December 2018 is 85% of the 85% target which means achieving the company's OEE target.
