Abstract
ABSTRAK Judul: Analisis pekerjaan shear wall dengan metode pengecoran per lantai dan metode rail climbing system dari segi waktu. Tugas Akhir, Nama: Triyono, NIM: 41114310017, Dosen Pembimbing: Anjas Handayani, ST, MT., 2018 Dalam dunia konstruksi,durasi waktu pekerjaan menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, percepatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan sering dilakukan oleh para kontraktor. Salah satu cara percepatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kerja yang lebih efisien. Pada penelitan ini, penulis membandingkan durasi waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan shearwall dengan metode pengecoran perlantai dan metode rail climbing system. Pada perbandingan durasi, penelitian dilakukan dengan membuat rencana schedule pekerjaan yang mengacu pada schedule realita di lapangan. Sedangkan untuk efisiensi pekerjaan, dilakukan pengumpulan data dari angket kuesioner. Data yang didapat, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis korelasi dan faktor, serta analisis regresi linear berganda. Tabulasi data dilakukan dengan menyajikan data kedalam bentuk tabel dan diagram untuk mempermudah pengamatan atau evaluasi Hasil dari perbandingan durasi waktu pekerjaan, metode rail climbing system lebih cepat 10 hari apabila dibandingkan dengan metode pengecoran perlantai.Untuk efektivitasnya, pelaksanaan pekerjaan shearwall dengan metode rail climbing system lebih efektif 69,37% apabila dibandingkan dengan metode pengecoran perlantai. Therefore, the acceleration of the implementation of work is often carried out by contractors. One way to accelerate the implementation of work is to use a more efficient work method. In this research, the author compares the duration of execution of shear wall konvensional method and rail climbing system method. On the comparison of the duration, the research the planning schedule and schedule reality in the field. As for the efficiency of the work, conducted data collection from the now questionnaire. The data obtained, then analyzed with normality test, test validity and reliability analysis, correlation and factor, as well as multiple linear regression analysis. Data tabulated is done by presenting the data into the form of tables and diagrams to make observations or evaluation The result of the comparison of the duration of time of work, methods of rail climbing system faster 10 days when compared with the konvensial method. For its effectiveness, the implementation of the work of shear wall with method of rail climbing system more effective 69.37% when compared with the konvensional method.
