Abstract

Making Indonesia 4.0 adalah roadmap yang dibuat Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam memasuki I4.0. Dalam sektor otomotif, untuk mencapai tujuan strategis maka dibuatlah strategi otomotif 4.0. Strategi ini didukung dengan data yang dirilis oleh Gaikindo (Gabungan Industri Kendaraan Bermotor Indonesia) bahwa pasar otomotif lokal telah mulai jenuh sedangkan pasar otomotif ekspor diprediksi akan terus tumbuh. Sedangkan bisnis ban di Indonesia masih tumbuh seiring meningkatnya penjualan otomotif. Oleh karena itu Penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian tentang kondisi perusahaan manufaktur ban di Indonesia, PT XYZ dan prioritas rencana strategis yang dapat dipertimbangkan PT XYZ dalam transformasi menuju I4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Matriks IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), Matriks EFE (External Factor Evaluation), Matriks IE (Internal External), Penentuan alternatif-alternatif rencana strategis dan QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). Metode QSPM tersebut dipilih untuk untuk mengkuantitatifkan variabel-variabel yang bersifat kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi PT XYZ berdasarkan metode Matriks IE yaitu pada sumbu-x, skor total tertimbang IFE PT XYZ adalah 3,18 merepresentasikan posisi internal yang kuat. Sama halnya sumbu-y, skor total tertimbang EFE PT XYZ adalah 3,23 diangap tinggi. Sehingga, PT XYZ berada pada sel I sebagai tumbuh dan dibangun. Strategi intensif (penetrasi pasar, integrasi ke depan, dan integrasi horizontal) atau strategi integratif (integrasi ke depan, integrasi ke belakang, dan integrasi horizontal) adalah yang paling sesuai. Prioritas rencana strategis yang dapat dipertimbangkan PT XYZ dalam transformasi menuju I4.0 berdasarkan metode QSPM yaitu strategi Customer Satisfaction sebesar 5,46, kemudian strategi Research & Development sebesar 5,44, setelah itu strategi Storage & Warehouse sebesar 4,87, dan yang terakhir, strategi Material Transport sebesar 4,86. Kata Kunci: Rencana Strategis, I4.0, Matriks IE, QSPM. Making Indonesia 4.0 is a roadmap created by The Government of the Republic of Indonesia in entering I4.0. In the automotive sector, to achieve the strategic objectives, an automotive strategy was made 4.0. This strategy is supported by data released by Gaikindo (The Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries) that the local automotive market has begun to saturate while the export automotive market is predicted to continue to grow. While the tire business in Indonesia is still growing in line with increasing automotive sales. Therefore, The Author is interested in conducting research on the condition of tire manufacturing company in Indonesia, PT XYZ and the strategic plan priorities that can be considered by PT XYZ in the transformation towards I4.0. This study used IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) Matrix, EFE (External Factor Evaluation) Matrix, IE (Internal External) Matrix, Determination of alternative strategic plans and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix). The QSPM method was chosen to quantify qualitative variables. The results showed the condition of PT XYZ based on the IE Matrix method namely on the x-axis, the weighted total score of PT XYZ's IFE was 3.18 representing a strong internal position. Like the y-axis, PT XYZ's weighted total EFE score is 3.23. So, PT XYZ is in cell I as growth and built. An intensive strategy (market penetration, forward integration, and horizontal integration) or integrative strategy (forward integration, backward integration, and horizontal integration) is the most appropriate. The strategic plan priorities that PT XYZ can consider in the transformation to I4.0 based on the QSPM method are Customer Satisfaction strategy of 5.46, then Research & Development strategy of 5.44, after that Storage & Warehouse strategy of 4.87, and finally, Material Transport strategy of 4.86.
