Abstract

This research is to know the effect of emotional intelligence, and training on employee perfomance at PT Multisari Langgeng Jaya. Respondents in this research are employee of PT Multisari Langgeng Jaya. This research was conducted on 109 respondent by using quantitive approach. Data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. This results showed that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance and Training variable has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. Keywords : Emotional intelligence, Training, Employeee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan Emosional dan pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Multisari Langgeng Jaya. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Multisari Langgeng Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 109 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Pelatihan, Kinerja Karyawan.
