Abstract

Cement Mortar is a mixture of high-quality ready-made cement that is created to facilitate building work, no need to add more sand just mixed with water and is usually often called a mortar, there are instant cement companies there are several parts ranging from raw material, sieving, bin silo , b, c, additives, burners, blending silos, packing, warehouse. Currently the instant cement company has a production process that starts from raw material that carries raw materials in the form of 83.333 kg of sand using a loader in 1 minute going to the conveyor, after the sand reaches the conveyor then the conveyor sends the sand to the sieving process, the sieving is currently underway sieving process of 5 tons in 1 hour of sand which will be processed to separate the 5.7.9 micron-sized sand, after the sand enters the sieving process then the sand goes to bin silo as a storage place Each bin silo will have sand that has been sieved previously measuring 5.7.9 microns in each bin silo, after arriving at the bin silo then sand goes to the burner process this process is burning sand so that it reduces the moisture from the sand, after the burner process is complete then the sand will go to silo blending, silo blending is a process mixing sand, additives and portland cement to produce ata mortar u is usually called instant cement, after that the mortar powder is ready to enter the packing process, packing is the process of inserting the finished material then the material is added to the size that was provided previously, this is the production process that is in the instant cement company starting from raw material, sieving, bin silo, burner, blending silo, packing. By using Siemens software method to find out the process of production which takes place in 3D and the results obtained from the previous process 4,997 pcs / day after the efficiency there is an increase in the amount of production as much as 6,894 pcs / day so it can be concluded that after the efficiency process in the instant cement company has increased production capacity. Keywords: plant optimization, Efficiency of production capacity, Plant layout management, siement software Semen Mortar adalah adukan semen yang siap pakai berkualitas tinggi yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan bangunan, tidak perlu ditambah pasir lagi cukup dicampur air saja dan biasanya sering disebut dengan mortar, ada perusahaan semen instan terdapat beberapa bagian mulai dari raw material, sieving, bin silo a, b, c, aditif, burner, blending silo, packing, warehouse. Saat ini perusahaan semen instan memiliki proses produksi yang dimulai dari raw material yang membawa bahan baku berupa pasir 83,333kg menggunakan loader dalam 1 menit menuju ke conveyor, setelah pasir sampai di conveyor lalu conveyor mengirim pasir pada bagian proses sieving, pada bagian sieving saat ini dilakukan proses sieving sebanyak 5 ton dalam 1 jam pasir yang akan di proses untuk memisahkan pasir yang berukuran 5,7,9 mikron, setelah pasir mamasuki proses sieving lalu pasir tersebut menuju bin silo sebagai tempat penyimpanan Setiap bin silo akan memiliki pasir yang sudah dilakukan sieving sebelumnya yang berukuran 5,7,9 mikron pada setiap bin silo, setelah sampai di bin silo lalu pasir menuju pada proses burner proses ini merupakan membakar pasir sehingga menggurangi kelembapan dari pasir, setelah proses burner selesai lalu pasir akan menuju blending silo, blending silo merupakan proses pencampuran bahan�bahan pasir, zat aditif dan semen portland sehingga menghasilkan mortar atau biasa disebut semen instan, setelah itu bubuk mortar siap untuk memasuki proses packing, packing merupakan proses memasukan bahan yang sudah selesai lalu bahan tersebut dimasukan ke ukuran yang sudah disediakan sebelumnya, ini merupakan proses produksi yang ada pada perusahaan semen instan mulai dari raw material, sieving, bin silo, burner, blending silo,packing. Dengan menggunakan metode software siemens untuk mengetahui proses yang produksi yang berlangsung secara 3D dan didapatkan hasil dari proses sebelumnya 4.997 pcs/hari setelah dilakukan efisiensi terdapat peningkatan dalam jumlah produksi sebanyak 6.894 pcs/hari sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah proses efisiensi pada perusahaan semen instan mengalami peningkatan kapasitas produksi.
