Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 279 karyawan PT. Sokonindo Automobile. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 165 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan (field research). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. Sokonindo Automobile, artinya bahwa jika kompensasi yang diterima karyawan meningkat, maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan meningkat secara signifikan. Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. Sokonindo Automobile, artinya bahwa jika lingkungan kerja mendukung pekerjaan karyawan maka kepuasan kerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat secara signifikan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were 279 employees of PT. Sokonindo Automobile. The sample used was 165 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The data analysis method uses Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. This study proves that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of PT. Sokonindo Automobile, means that if the compensation received by employees increases, then employee job satisfaction will increase significantly. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of PT. Sokonindo Automobile, means that if the work environment supports the work of employees, employee job satisfaction will increase significantly.
