Abstract
This Study aims to determine the influence of job description, training standard, and organization culture on job performance at security staff – PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk , Region IV / Jakarta 2. Job description as a variable (X1) produces a positive regression coefficient, if variable X1 increases by the constant, it causes the employee's performance will increase by the value of the regression coefficient obtained by 0.671 with the condition that the other independent variables are fixed. Organizational Culture as a variable (X2) produces a positive regression coefficient, if variable X2 increases by the constant, it causes the employee's performance to rise by the value of the regression coefficient obtained by 0.348 with the condition that the other independent variables are permanent. Training Standards as a variable (X3) produces a positive regression coefficient, if the X3 variable increases by the constant, it causes the employee's performance will increase by the value of the regression coefficient obtained by 0.410 with the condition that the other independent variables are fixed Keywords: Job Description, Training Standard, Organization Culture, Job Performance Security Staff – PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Region IV/ Jakarta 2 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Implementasi Deskripsi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi dan Standar Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Keamanan PT.Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Region IV/ Jakarta 2. Variabel Diskripsi Kerja (X1) memiliki koefisien regresi positif, artinya dapat dikatakan bahwa apabila variabel Job Description yaitu (X1) meningkat sebesar satuan (1) maka Kinerja pegawai keamanan pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Region IV / Jakarta 2 akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar nilai koefisien regresinya yaitu 0,671 dengan asusmsi variabel bebas lainnya tetap. Variabel Budaya Organisasi (X3) memiliki koefisien regresi positif, artinya dapat dikatakan bahwa apabila variabel Budaya Organisasi (X3) meningkat sebesar satuan (1) maka Kinerja pegawai keamanan pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Region IV / Jakarta 2 akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar nilai koefisien regresinya yaitu 0,410 dengan asusmsi variabel bebas lainnya tetap. Variabel Standar Pelatihan (X2) memiliki koefisien regresi positif, artinya dapat dikatakan bahwa apabila variabel Standar Pelatihan (X2) meningkat sebesar satuan (1) maka Kinerja pegawai keamanan pada PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Region IV / Jakarta 2 akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar nilai koefisien regresinya yaitu 0,348 dengan asusmsi variabel bebas lainnya tetap.
