Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work performance, work stress, and work motivation on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work at PT Xpress Digital Printing. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Xpress Digital Printing. The sample used is as many as 50 employees of PT Xpress Digital Printing. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Xpress Digital Employees. Keywords: Job Performance, Job Stress, Work Motivation, Employee Performance, PT Xpress Digital Printing Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh prestasi kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT Xpress Digital Printing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT Xpress Digital Printing. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 50 karyawan PT Xpress Digital Printing. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Xpress Digital Karyawan.
