Abstract

This study aims to determine, the effect of the implementation of good corporate governance, company size, and revenue sharing on company performance. This research is motivated by company performance which affects the implementation of good corporate governance and company size. The size of the company in this study uses total assets as its measurement indicator. The population of this study is a company of Islamic commercial banks in companies listed on the OJK in 2015-2019 the sample of this study is 34. From the research results, GCG implementation can be concluded from the results that the implementation of GCG has no significant effect on company performance. For the results of the research firm size can be concluded from the results that company size does not have a significant effect on company performance. And profit sharing financing has a significant effect on company performance. Keywords: GCG implementation, company size, profit sharing financing and company performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, Pengaruh Implementasi Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pembiayaan Bagi Hasil terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Kinerja perusahaan yang mempegaruhi Implementasi Good Corporate Governance dan ukuran perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan pada penelitian ini menggunakan total asset sebagai indikator pengukurannya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Bank umum syariah pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di OJK tahun 2015-2019 sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 34. Dari hasil penelitian Implementasi GCG dapat di simpulkan dari hasil bahwa Implementasi GCG tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Untuk hasil penelitian ukuran perusahaan dapat di simpulkan dari hasil bahwa ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dan pembiayaan bagi hasil berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kata kunci: Implementasi GCG, ukuran perusahaan, pembiayaan bagi hasil dan kinerja perusahaan.
