Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Quality of Work Life and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance of PT. Bengkulu Regional Development Bank, Jakarta Branch with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening variable. The population used in this study were employees of PT. Bengkulu Regional Development Bank, Jakarta branch, with 100 employees. The sample used in this research is total sample or saturated sampling. In this study, the data collection technique used was a direct survey by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Jakarta branch of the Bengkulu Regional Development Bank. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative data through the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. The results showed that (1) the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Bengkulu Regional Development Bank, Jakarta branch, (2) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of PT. The Bengkulu Regional Development Bank, Jakarta branch, (3) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable, (4) Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable, and (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at PT. Jakarta branch of the Bengkulu Regional Development Bank. Keyword: Quality of Work Life, Self Efficacy, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu Cabang Jakarta dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel Intervening. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu cabang Jakarta sebanyak 100 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel total atau sampling jenuh. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey secara langsung dengan membagikan kuisioner kepada karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu cabang Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif melalui program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu cabang Jakarta, (2) Self Efficacy memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu cabang Jakarta, (3) Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening, (4) Self Efficacy memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening, dan (5) Kepuasan Kerja memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bengkulu cabang Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Self Efficacy, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
