Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influences of compensation, career development, and working environment towards commitment organizational of Generation Y employees at PT. Bangun Anugerah Hanjaya. This type of research is quantitative research with the sampling method used is simple random sampling. The population is all employees of PT. Bangun Anugerah Hanjaya and totaling 137 people. Researchers used the formula Slovin to obtain a sample of 102 people. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that compensation, career development, and joint work environment (simultaneous) have a significant effect on the employees’ organizational commitments. Partial, compensation, career development, and work environment have a significant positive impact on the Organization's commitments. Based on the results of the research, it can be suggested to the company to improve the organization's commitment by drafting a compensation scheme and career plan & development based on position or job title, employment, performance, job description, KPI and the workload. As well as companies should be able to facilitate and establish a comfortable and conducive work environment to keep employees long term with the company. Keywords : Organizational Commitment, Compensation, Career Development, Working Environment, and Y Generation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan generasi y di PT. Bangun Anugerah Hanjaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bangun Anugerah Hanjaya dan berjumlah 137 orang. Peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 102 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja bersama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Secara parsial, kompensasi, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disarankan kepada perusahaan untuk meningkatkan komitmen organisasi yaitu dengan menyusun skema kompensasi dan career plan & development berdasarkan posisi atau jabatan, masa kerja, kinerja, job description, kpi dan beban kerja. Serta perusahaan harus mampu memfasilitasi dan membentuk lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif agar karyawan bertahan dalam jangka waktu panjang di perusahaan.
