Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of compensation, competence and leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted in the ministry of industry, the response used was 81 employees within the ministry of industry. Data were processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 24. The results showed that compensation had no effect and was not significant towards performance, with the value of regression analysis obtained a t-count value of 0.134 <0.2213 and a significance value (sig.) Of 0.893. > 0.05. Competence has an effect and is significant on performance, with the value of the regency analysis obtained a t-count value of 2.731> 0.2213 and a significance value (sig.) 0.008 <0.05 and leadership has an effect and is significant on performance, with the value of regression analysis obtained the t-count value of 2.192> 0.2213 and the significance value (sig.) 0.031 <0.05. Keywords: compensation, competence, leadership, performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi, kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini di lakukan di kementrian perindustrian, respon yang digunakan sebanyak 81 karyawan dilingkungan kementrian perindustrian. Data diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) Versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t – hitung sebesar 0,134 < 0.2213 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0,893 > 0.05. Kompetensi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, dengan nilai analisis regensi diperoleh nilai t –hitung sebesar 2,731 > 0.2213 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0.008 < 0.05 dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t – hitung sebesar 2,192 > 0.2213 dan nilai signifikansi (sig.) 0.031 < 0.05. Kata Kunci : kompensasi, kompetensi, kepemimpinan, kinerja.
