Abstract

The research about Return On Asset and many factors which influence had been done more. Based on the analyzed of the previous research regarding the influence of variables Managerial Ownership, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Retrun On Asset showed the inconsisten result. This, researchers are interested in reexamining the Managerial Ownership, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Return On Asset. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Return On Asset in Manufactur companies consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2013-2017. The samples used in this research is 23 samples, sample selection method using purposive sampling with 5 years pool of data, and the data used in this research is secondary data wich is Financial Report, Annual Report, Sustainability Report. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with a 5% significance level supported by SPSS application software. The results of the research show that the managerial ownership a positive and no significant effect on Return On Asset. While Corporate Social Responsibility have positive and significant effect on Return On Asset. Keywords: Managerial Ownership, Corporate Social Responsibility, ROA. Penelitian tentang Return On Asset beserta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya telah banyak dilakukan. Berdasarkan penelaahan atas penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh variabel kepemilikan manajerial dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap return on asset, menunjukkan hasil yang belum konsisten. Dengan demikian peneliti tertarik untuk menguji kembali mengenai kepemilikan manajerial dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap return on asset. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dan pengungkapan corporate social responsibility terhadap return on asset pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 23, sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan pool data selama 5 tahun, dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan, annual report, sustainability report. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% yang didukung oleh perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return on asset. Sedangkan corporarte social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return on asset. Kata kunci: Kepemilikan Manajerial, Corporate Social Responsibility, ROA.
