Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously on performance as well as finding the dominant influence among free variables which will then be made a priority improvement in efforts improve employee performance. This research uses a survey method with quantitative and descriptive research. The sampling techniques used are non probability sampling using saturated sampling. Research samples are employees of PT Asuransi Ciputra Indonesia (Ciputra Life) with the number of respondents as many as 80 people. Data analysis using SmartPLS version 3.2.8 software. The results of this study found that there were positive and significant influences between leadership styles, work discipline, and work environment against performance. The study concluded that employee performance could be improved through improved efforts on the leadership style aspects of the company. Proper leadership style for his subordinates. The influence of leadership styles is more dominant than the influence of both other variables. So improvement in efforts to improve the appropriate leadership style for subordinates and among co-workers is even better to improve employee performance. Keywords : leadership style, work discipline, the work environment and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja serta mencari pengaruh dominan diantara variabel bebas yang kemudian akan dijadikan prioritas perbaikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan penelitian kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling menggunakan sampling jenuh.Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan PT Asuransi Ciputra Indonesia (Ciputra Life) dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 80 orang. Analisis data menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dapat ditingkatkan melalui upaya peningkatan pada aspek gaya kepemimpinan di perusahaan. Gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat bagi bawahannya. Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan lebih dominan dibandingkan pengaruh kedua variabel yang lain. Sehingga perbaikan dalam upaya meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat bagi bawahan dan antar rekan kerja lebih baik lagi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
