Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of green recruitment, green training, and OCBE on employee performance. This type of research is carried out quantitatively and for the research method used is the associative explanatory level method. The object of this research is PT TRU. The sampling method used was a probability sampling with a sampling technique using simple random sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with soft ware Partial Least Square (smart – PLS). The results obtained in this study: 1) Green recruitment, green training, and Organization Citizenship for Behavior (OCBE) have positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Green recruitment and green training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Organization Citizenship for Behavior ( OCBE). Keywords: Green Recruitment, Green Training, Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE), Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green recruitment, green training, dan OCBE terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan untuk metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode tingkat eksplanasi asosiatif. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah di PT TRU. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan total sampel pada penelitian sejumlah 100 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM) dengan soft ware Partial Least Square (smart–PLS). Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini 1) Green recruitment, green training, dan Organization Citizenship for Behaviour (OCBE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Green recruitment dan green training berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui Organization Citizenship for Behaviour (OCBE). Kata kunci: Green Recruitment, Green Training, Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Environment (OCBE), Kinerja Karyawan.
