Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share And Commpany Size on Initial Return (emperical studies on companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 – 2017) for the period 2012 – 2017. The samples in this study were 62 companies that meets the criteria. The sampling technique used in the study is the purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that (1) Current Ratio affects the Initial Return of 1 day and 7 days but does not affect within a period of 1 month, (2) Return on assets affects the Initial Return of 7 days but does not affect the Initial Return of 1 day and 1 month, (3) Earning Per Share does not affect the Initial Return of 1 day, 7 days and 1 month, (4) Company Size affects the Initial Return of 7 days and 1 month but does not affect the Initial Return of 1 day. Keywords : Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share, Company Size, Initial Return 1 day, Initial Return 7 days, Initial Return 1 month Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Initial Return (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2012 – 2017) periode 2012 – 2017. Sampel dalam penilitan ini sebanyak 62 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Current Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Initial Return 1 hari dan 7 hari tetapi tidak berpengrauh dalam jangka 1 bulan, (2) Return On Asset berpengaruh terhadap initial return 7 hari tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap initial return 1 hari dan 1 bulan (3) Earning per share tidak berpengaruh terhadap initial return 1 hari, 7 hari dan 1 bulan, (4) Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap initial return 7 hari dan 1 bulan tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap initial return 1 hari.
