Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Free Cash Flow, Collateralizable Assets, Insider Ownership, and Dispersion of Ownership on Dividend Policy. The population in this research was Manufacturing Companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016 – 2018 period. The samples in this research were 59 companies. The sampling technique used in the research was the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this research showed that (1) Free Cash Flow was significant influence on Dividend Policy, (2) Collateralizable Assets was not significant influence on Dividend Policy, (3) Insider Ownership was not significant influence on Dividend Policy, (4) Dispersion of Ownership was significant influence on Dividend Policy Keywords: Free Cash Flow, Collateralizable Assets, Insider Ownership, Dispersion of Ownership, Dividend Policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Free Cash Flow, Collateralizable Assets, Kepemilikan Manajerial, dan Dispersion of Ownership terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016 - 2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program aplikasi SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Free Cash Flow berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, (2) Collateralizable Assets tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, (3) Kepemilikan Manajerial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen, (4) Dispersion of Ownership berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen.
