Abstract
The aim of the research is to analyze or estimate the influence of discipline, motivation and work environment through employee performance PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, WItel Bogor. Sampels on research is 138 employees. Sampling technique using non probability method. The research was done using data collecting technique with questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis used Partial Least square (PLS) with SmartPLS version 2.0. Result of analysis indicate discipline have positive and significant influence to performance. Motivation habe positive and significant influence to performance. Work Environment have positive and significant influence to performance. Discipline, Motivation, and Work Environment have influence to employee performance PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Bogor of 88,8% , while the remain 11,2 % influenced by other variabels outside the research. Keyword : Discipline, Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Bogor.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 138 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara metode non-probability. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan Metode Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 2.0. Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Disiplin, motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Bogor sebesar 88,8 % dan sisanya 11,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Dapat disimpulkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Witel Bogor maka diperlukan motivasi yang tinggi dari karyawan. Kata kunci : Disiplin, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
