Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organizational Culture on the Performance of PT. GTR. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method that is descriptive statistical method used to explain the phenomena that occur regarding research data. The sampling method in this study used a sample random sampling technique which amounted to 154 people where all respondents were employees of PT. GTR who is still actively working. This study uses premier and secondary data. This research was conducted quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis method by testing the f model, the statistical hypothesis t, the coefficient of determination R2 , the correlation between dimensions using the SPSS 25.0 program. The results of data processing performed show leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture influence the performance of PT. GTR. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Performance. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja PT. GTR. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu metode statistik deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi perihal data penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sample random sampling yang berjumlah 154 orang dimana semua responden ialah karyawan PT. GTR yang masih aktif bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan data premier dan sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menguji model f, hipotesis uji statistik t, koefisien determinasi R2 , korelasi antar dimensi menggunakan prgoram SPSS 25.0. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan menunjukkan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja PT. GTR. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja.
