Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of Return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity ratio and company size on firm value (Empirical Study of Basic and Chemical Industrial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2016-2018). The object of this research is basic and chemical industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2016-2018. This research uses purposive sampling method. The sample used 134 samples in 2016-2018. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the debt to equity ratio has a positive effect and the current ratio has a negative effect, but for return on assets and company size does not affect the firm's value. Keywords: return on asset, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, size, firm value Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on asset, current ratio, debt to equity ratio dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Industri Dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2018). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan 134 sampel pada tahun 2016-2018. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan current ratio berpengaruh negatif, tetapi untuk return on asset dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
