Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of insentive, teacher certification, and inpassing on teacher performance. The object for this research is accounting teacher on vocational school on Bogor regency. This research was conducted on 124 respondent by using quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the variabel of insentive, teacher sertification, and inpassing on the teacher performance at the vocational school on Bogor regency. The results of simultaneous test (F test) and partial test results (t test) also shows significant value of three independent variables that suport the hypothesis. Therefore the test result of this research state than there is nfluence simultaneously between of insentive, teacher sertification, and inpassing on the teacher performanceat the vocational school on Bogor regency. Keyword : Insentive, Teacher Sertification, Inpassing, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif, sertifikasi profesi dan inpassing terhadap kinerja guru. Objek penelitian ini adalah para guru akuntansi SMK se-Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 124 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, variabel insentif, sertifikasi profesi dan inpassing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK se-Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel insentif, sertifikasi profesi, dan inpassing terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK se-Kabupaten Bogor.
