Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Net Profit, Liquidity, and Size of the company against the dividend policy in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The Data used in this research is the annual report of the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2015-2017. The number of companies used for this research is 17 companies with 3 years of observation. Based on the Purposive sampling method, the total research sample is 51 annual report representing the population. Data collection methods through library studies and secondary data documentation obtained from the annual financial statements published by the Indonesian Stock exchange. The technique of analyzing tehe data was using multiple linear regression. The results of partial research show that net income has significant effect on the dividend policy, the liquidity does not effect the dividend policy and the size of the company significant negative effect on the dividend policy. And simultaneously the company's net profit, liquidity, and size have significant effect on the dividend policy. Keywords: Net profit, liquidity, company size, dividend policy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh laba bersih, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan dividen Pada perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini adalah 17 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 3 tahun. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, total sampel penelitian adalah 51 laporan tahunan yang mewakili populasi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan dokumentasi data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan yang diterbitkan oleh Indonesia Stock Exchange. Teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan alat uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa laba bersih berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Dan secara simultan laba bersih, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kata Kunci : Laba Bersih, Likuiditas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Kebijakan Dividen
