Abstract

Antenna isa tool of transmitting or receiving radio waves. In other words the antenna is a transitional structure between free space and guiding devices, as shown on the transmission line can be a coaxial line or a waveguide, which is used to transport electromagnetic energy from the transmission source to the antenna, or from the antenna to the receiver.In this final project, AReflectarray Rectangular Fedline Shaped Antenna at Frequency 38 Ghz has been realized. The reflecarray antenna has a rectangular fedline operatingat 38 GHz and a FR4 -Epoxy microstrip substrate with 4.4 permittivity and 1.6 mm thickness.The measurement results show that the Rectangular Fedline Reflectarray antenna at 38 Ghz frequency is measured quite well, where at 10 x10 mm antenna which is placed in front of the horn antenna at a distance of 30 cm shows a measured reflexion value of -24, 80 db and -33.77 dB. Whereas the antenna with a size of 20 x 20 mm which is placed in front of the horn antenna at a distance of 30 cm shows a measured refletion value of -37.44 db and -39.48 dB. This number is smaller than the standard refletion loss parameter <-10 db.Keyword: Reflectarray Antenna, Frequency dan Radiation pattern. Antena adalah sarana untuk memancarkan atau menerima gelombang radio. Dengan kata lain antena adalah strukturtransisi antara ruang bebas dan perangkat pemandu, seperti yang ditunjukkan padajalur transmisi dapat berbentuk garis koaksial atau pipa berongga (waveguide), yang digunakan untuk mengangkut energi elektromagnetik dari sumber transmisi ke antena,atau dari antenakepenerima.Pada proyekakhir initelahdirealisasikan antena ReflectarrayBerbentuk Rectangular FedlinePada Frekuensi 38GhzAntena reflectarraymemiliki bentuk rectangular fedlineyang beroperasipadafrekuensi38GHzdanbahan substrat mikrostrip jenis FR4 –Epoxy dengan permitivitas 4.4 dan ketebalan 1,6 mm.HasilpengukuranmenunjukanbahwaantenaReflectarrayberbentuk Rectangular FedlinePada Frekuensi 38Ghzinirefletion loss yang terukur cukup baik, dimana pada antena dengan ukuran 10 x10 mm yang mana sefletarray di tempatkan di depan antena hornpada jarak 30 cm menunjukkan nilai reflectionlossyang terukur sebesar -24,80 db dan -33,77 dB. Sedangkan pada antena dengan ukuran 20 x20 mm yang mana sefletarray di tempatkan di depan antena hornpada jarak 30 cm menunjukkan nilai reflectionlossyang terukur sebesar -37,44db dan -39,48dBangka ini lebih kecil dari standar parameter reflection loss<-10 db.Kata Kunci: Antena Reflectarray, Frekuensidan Pola Radiasi
