Abstract
Company Profile merupakan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh Public Relations yang berfungsi sebagai media informasi, komunikasi dan promosi. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini semakin maju dan pesat, serta semakin luasnya kebutuhan akan informasi pada masyarakat, sehingga membuat perusahaan atau organisasi menginginkan penyajian informasi yang efektif, akurat dan menarik dari segi tampilan maupun isi konten didalamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat company profile audiovisual agar dapat menjadi daya tarik yang efektif, terutama dalam penyampaian informasi. Penelitian ini tidak hanya sekedar membuat dan memproduksi company profile saja, penelitian ini juga berisikan evaluasi yang dilakukan, agar produk yang dihasilkan efektif dan sesuai ekspektasi dari pihak terkait baik internal maupun eksternal. Bentuk company profile audiovisual menjadi salah satu bentuk company profile yang diminati oleh perusahaan maupun organisasi, karena dapat diunggah dan diakses dimana saja. Selain itu, company profile audiovisual memiliki beberapa keunggulan yang tidak dimiliki oleh company profile dalam bentuk cetak, seperti dapat menghemat biaya percetakan kertas, serta company profile audiovisual dianggap lebih menarik, karena mencakup banyak unsur diantaranya gambar, suara, musik dan cerita. Ikatan Ahli Kesehatan Masyarakat Indoneisa (IAKMI) menginginkan penyajian informasi yang efektif, akurat dan menarik dari segi tampilan maupun isi konten didalamnya. Penyajian informasi yang dikemas dalam bentuk audiovisual dirasa sangat berguna untuk tujuan tersebut. Implementasi dari company profile audiovisual ini, akan ditujukan kepada lulusan kesehatan masyarakat dan tenaga kesehatan yang sudah berpengalaman dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat, yang akan dimuat pada website resmi IAKMI, media sosial IAKMI, dan pada kegiatan-kegiatan IAKMI. Association of Indonesian Public Health Experts (IAKMI) as an Organizational Communication Media Biography : 74 pages + Attachment + 16 Books + 1 Internet ABSTRACT Company Profile is one of the products produced by Public Relations that serves as a medium of information, communication and promotion. The development of technology today is increasingly advanced and rapid, as well as the wider need for information to the public, so that makes companies or organizations want to present information that is effective, accurate and interesting in terms of the appearance and content of the contents therein. The purpose of this study is to create an audiovisual company profile so that it can be an effective attraction, especially in the delivery of information. This research is not just making and producing a company profile, this study also contains evaluations conducted, so that the products produced are effective and in line with the expectations of related parties both internal and external. The form of audiovisual company profile is one of the forms of company profile that is of interest to companies and organizations, because it can be uploaded and accessed anywhere. In addition, audiovisual company profile has several advantages that are not owned by the company profile in printed form, such as saving paper printing costs, and audiovisual company profile is considered more attractive, because it includes many elements including images, sound, music and stories. The Association of Indonesian Public Health Experts (IAKMI) wants the presentation of information that is effective, accurate and interesting in terms of appearance and content of the contents therein. Presentation of information packaged in audiovisual form is very useful for this purpose. The implementation of this audiovisual company profile will be aimed at public health graduates and health professionals who have experience in the field of public health, which will be posted on the official website of IAKMI, IAKMI social media, and on IAKMI activities.
